Cancellation Policy

Event Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Britt Von Bossy for your event. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our event booking policy below: 1. Booking & Deposits     •    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.     •    The remaining balance is due the day we shoot. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without a refund. 2. Cancellation & Refunds     •    All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.     •    If you cancel your event, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the cancellation notice period. 3. Event Location & Rescheduling     •    The venue included in your booking is reserved for the original event date only. If you choose to reschedule, the event location is not guaranteed and may not be included in the new booking.     •    Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and will be subject to availability and additional fees. Reschedules due to illness, family emergencies, and weather are permitted one complimentary reschedule. Reschedules for other reasons or after the complimentary reschedule will require an additional fee of $75. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
